Filmmaking is, above all, a collaborative craft. A group of passionate people who are each dedicated to bringing a story to life through a thousand details of skill and insight: actors, writers, set designers, cinematographers, editors, costume, hair, make up, sound design, music, to name but a handful, with directors and producers sitting in the middle facilitating the creativity of the whole.
At BiLLO we try to celebrate the collective humanity in the process as much as we can. We try to nurture that special magic that happens when people come together to tell a story.
There is a reason that our logo contains an ellipsis. Those magical “…” which mark the things that go unsaid; teasing the unwritten story of “happily ever after…”; a tiny row of three pin pricks that imbed an itch that begs to be scratched… what happened next?
